How to use one of these routers?
I’m getting my new laptop in the mail in a couple days. I want to go ahead and get the internet for it. But I’m not familiar with laptops and routers.
Heres one I found:

I like this one for the simple fact its made by linkskys and I know theyre dependable.
But is it just like sliding it into the slot of the laptop or what? can someone please explain to me how to use a router on a laptop!?
By the way we already have a router that connects our two desktop computers.
If you want wireless you need to have a wireless router. To use that wireless on the laptop you need the wireless card. Both require each other. If the router you currently have has an antenna i would have to guess it is wireless. all you would need is the card at that point. plug the card into the card slot and configure.
