Wearing speedo and run around in Walmart? Is there any laws against that?

Ok, so, I decided to make a facebook group. If 500 people join, Justin will run around walmart in a speedo. The kid is obsessed with speedos and basically needs to let it out. He’s my bestfriend. But, if he does end up running around, how much trouble would he get? What’s Indecent exposure law in Connecticut? It’s part of our high school prank…so yeah. Is there anyway he can do it without getting in trouble? Like have back up arguments? What’s walmart rules for customer clothings anyway? It’s all for good fun. Help. Thanks.
