Is the Toshiba A205-S5000 on sale at Walmart a good buy?

I currently have an Inspiron B130 from Dell, I was wondering which one is faster. I currently have to have $200.00 worth of repairs. So I am deciding which would be the better deal. Fix mine, or get the one at wal mart. I am online a lot for medical transcriptionist, so I need something fairly fast, but affordable.
Please let me know what you think would be the best options. Thanks, for the help.
