Is this computer any good?? ——-> HP Pavilion g71 329wm?

I just bought a refurbished HP Pavilion g71 329wm from a store called “MicroCenter” for $399 and now am freaking out that I made a mistake. So far it seems to be working okay, just different from my old laptop (may it rest in peace). I googled around a bit a figured out this is some sort of black Friday Walmart brand but can’t find much else in the way of reviews. I did notice when I went to the HP site to buy a skin they didn’t have my model. I have 7 days to return it if I don’t like it.So if any computer people are out there and know anything about this model I would greatly appreciate hearing what you think about it.
Ooh I forgot to mention it has an Intel Celeron Processor 900 (2.2 GHz), 320GB (5400RPM) Hard Drive, Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, Integrated 56K Modem, and 4096MB DDR2 SDRAM (2Dimm). (It should be noted that I have absolutely no idea what any of that means and just copied it off the box it came in).

I would not buy a refurbished lap top from a store but from the manufacturer and they come with a full year factory warranty. The Celeron processor is an older one, you should look for one with Intel Core 2 Duo or newer processor.
