what walmart makeup products are good to use?

i need new foundation i have oily skin so i need a good one that goes good on oily skin.haha.. uhh new eye liner one that doesnt smug!! and mascara!!:) please HELP!!! ohhh does anyone kno how to put eyeliner on the top eye lid!?

Foundation: pure makeup by maybelline or revlon colorstay is the best.
Eyeliner: loreal
Mascara: Lashblast by covergirl
