Wal-mart a good place to work?

Walmart pays poverty wages to their non-management employees. They threaten your job if anyone tries to unionize. have to look like an idiot when doing that stupid Wal-mart cheer. So what are the good reasons to work there?
I work for a brand label company , we are definately smaller than Walmart, we service maybe 300 store accounts.. i make almost $17.00 an hour and FULL benefits.

personally i cannot find any, but i suppose some people work there because they cant find anyone else who will employ them. they are probably desperate.
