Does anyone know the measurements for a Dave Matthews Band summer tour poster and where I could get a frame?

Does Wal-Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond sell frames for this size poster?

It is either 18×24 or 19×25. If it is signed and numbered by the artist it is 19×25, those frames you can’t get, you’ll need a bigger frame then you have to mat it, if it is 18×24 then any place that has frames can hook you up (target, wal-mart ect)
