“Why I want to work at Wal-Mart”?! What do I write for my D-day essay?
No one wants to work for walmart! I’m only there because I have to be. I have to write a paragraph about why I still want to work there. Help me come up with some bull sh** please!
I can’t just write “I still want to work here because it pays my rent.” Its got to be some bull that will appease management.

A D-Day is a paid day off from Wal-Mart if they are thinking about firing you.You then have to think about why you are a bad employee and write a letter to your manager stating why you want your job and what you will do better. Just write that you realize that you have not managed your time wisely and will become more focused on your job responsibilities and will reach out to fellow associates or management to assist you in being the best associate you can be. That should shut them up. It is such a joke isn’t it.
