Where can I find huge teddy bears to buy in Richmond, VA?

I want to get a big teddy bear for the lady, put a bottle of Baccardi, gift from Victoria’s Secret and a “I will miss you letter” in it’s arms for her before she leaves. Being it’s black friday, it may make it tough, but later in the day I should be okay. I was thinking Toys R’ Us or Wal-Mart? Any ideas?
