Where can you get a GBA Flashcard that is cheap and close to Scarborough? (in places, like Wal-Mart please)?

Is there a store like Wal-Mart or Costco, where I can buy a good GBA Flashcard that is cheap, less than $70-$60? Also, please make it close to Toronto as you can. Thanks ^_^!!!

Flash Cards are not considered legal, so no, they don’t sell them in stores, your best bet is to go online and look for one.
