Any Wal-Mart manager would like to answer few questions regarding Wal-mart compensation?

Hi, this is for my school report. i need to ask few questions regarding Wal-Mart employee compensation, please help!
1. How does Wal-Mart feel about how it is paying workers in general?
2. What is the minimum and the maxium pay a noraml employee can receive?
3. Does wal-mart offer more than hourly pay to its non-corporate workers?
Any other relevent information on Wal-Mart’s employee compensation practices would be greatly appreciated!
