Do any of these places sell affordable Pampers or Luvs diapers?
I’m looking to make a diaper cake for a baby shower so I only want about 60 diapers. I want cheap diapers but I also want them to be usable and quality. Can I get either Pampers or Luvs at any of these places-
Big Lots
Dollar Tree
or should I go to Walmart or BabysRUs?

Dollar Tree does not sell those not sure of Big Lots. Luvs are very inexpensive at Walmart and Target. I am pretty sure they are only around 7.00 a pack.
