Problems with restoring music license from walmart music downloads.?

I got a new computer. I backed up the lisence onto a cd. Got the file off cd onto new pc. Went to Windows Media Player to restore lisence (everything that i just said I was told to do by walmart). I told it were the file was correctly in my documents . During the restoring process, it says the lisence server is not available. Does this sound like a server problem walmart is having (or whereever the lisence server is) or is this a pc problem? Anything I can try to fix it?

Yeah..you can’t use a cd-rom or your computer as the license server. Are you online while you’re restoring your music? If you were not, then simply being on the net while restoring should fix your problem so that your software can communicate with the walmart server.

Another fix is to just stop giving walmart money and to get your music at http://www.limewire.com
