walmart getting rid of fabric
Do you purchase fabric at WalMart? If so, is your local WalMart eliminating their fabric department?

All of the ones around here are getting rid of all their fabric.
Is this a chain wide decision?

I have heard rumor that ALL the Walmarts are going to be getting rid of their fabric departments, it’s just going to be over the course of time. The Walmart in my hometown has already gotten rid of theirs. When I asked the lady in the Walmart I usually go to, they said they’d start clearancing in March to get rid of theirs…so I think they’re just doing it store by store, a little at a time. But from the workers I’ve talked to, I get the impression that Walmart will no longer carry fabric, and is minimizing their yarn that they carry.
