HD ready TV?

What do i have to do to get HD with an HD ready set. Do i need to get an HD reciever or will HD antennas from places like walmart work? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=5000836
will that work for the shows that say “presented in HD” like sports on ABC and ESPN?

In the USA, “HD Ready” refers to any display that is capable of accepting and displaying a high definition signal at either 720p, 1080i or 1080p using a component video or digital input, and does not have a built-in HD-capable tuner.

So, getting just an antenna would not work. You would need an HD tuner from something like digital cable or Direct TV.
