Walmart Application PIN number problem?

Well, about a month ago, maybe a little more, I was doing an online app for walmart, and during it, my computer crashed on me. Upon rebooting and re-entering my login info, it asked for a PIN number, which I don’t recall ever putting in or receiving. So I did as the FAQ says and went to my Walmart, and asked them to look it up for me, or erase my application. They told me they couldn’t do either and that my app could just be redone from the kiosk. Which when I tried, couldn’t be done. I asked again and they were non-compliant and had the attention span of a four year old. Any ideas on how to erase my previous app without waiting two months for it to expire???
