What is the best video game retailer?

I buy a lot of games in Target/Walmart but they are definitely not the best because If I want a game that came out a year ago its almost impossible. So do other companies like EB games and Gamespot stock older games that aren’t used?

i was recently in gamestop and picked up a brand new mario kart for the gamecube. they also have huge used selections. ebayexpress.com is all new item too.
