How do you contact a human at the walmart visa gift card numbers. I was given a gift card and it won’t work .?

It has been registered and has a positive balance on the card and it is repeatedly denied. I have called the numbers given and its all automated with no option to speak with a human.
the card was registered and activated, also returned to the store for a refund, which I got. Go to the walmartgiftcard web site and see the complaints, the same as mine, it is scary when you read about the amounts of money just disappearing from peoples accounts and cards, and no one can reach a human to solve their problems. I wont make this mistake again thats for sure.

You have probably not activated the card yet. Do that and it should work.
