Using Wal-Mart Visa Gift Card Online?

I recently got 3 Visa Walmart Gift cards from friends and family for Christmas. I know you can use this card online but I cannot seem to get it to work. I went to the gift card website (www.walmartgift.com) and registered one of the cards for online use but the registration never asked me for the Cardholder name. Now when I try to use the giftcard online, I still will not authorize it. I tried my name, the person who bought it’s name, and Gift Card. None worked. Could I get some help with this?
This card can be used anywhere in the U.S. It says on their website.

I had the hardest time using the one I got for Christmas. Walmart boasts that you can use it anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, but further down in their FAQ’s they point out that it will not be accepted anywhere where the merchant requires a PIN. Who doesn’t require a PIN these days on debit cards? The only way I could figure out to use it was to buy something at Walmart. Supposedly you can shop their site online but honestly I wanted to get rid of it so I just bought my kid a memory card for his new Xbox 360. Good luck.
